Leg Developer The dual function leg developer targets the hamstrings, quadriceps, and glutes, allowing for a total lower body workout. The oversized foam roller pads are ergonomically designed for stress-free leg exercises. Press Arms/Dual Function Press Arms Target your pectoral muscles with the dual-function press arms. These press arms can easily be changed from chest press to vertical butterfly exercises for a maximum upper body workout.
