These pot of 2 Key lime tree starter plants will produce key lime fruit in approximately 3 years depending on the climate where you live. Each tree measures approximately 3" - 5" from top of soil to the highest leaf. They can vary in size, but are quick growing, so even a smaller plant will be considerably larger in a couple of weeks. It can be planted outside if you live in a warm, arid climate, a greenhouse, or indoors with appropriate UV sunlight bulbs, if you live in a colder climate, such as our beautiful Maine. These hardy trees will adapt to any surroundings. Our horticulturists have planted, grown and nurtured our Key Lime trees since seed, and have cared for them for a minimum of 4 months. They are well rooted, healthy, and ready to be adopted into your family, to bring you years of joy. Being hardy, and strong, they are ready to be acclimated to your home, so you can continue to nurture them and watch them grow larger, so that in a few years they will be fruit-bearing.
