Rumeysa Ozturk, the Tufts University student who was detained by ICE in Somerville, is back home in Turkey.

BOSTON (WHDH) - A Tufts University graduate who was detained by ICE in Somerville last year said Friday that she is returning to Turkey, citing “hostility” she has experienced in the United States.
