A doctor spoke out in a TikTok against the executive order requiring Texas public hospitals to collect information about undocumented immigrants.

"Hey Texas Children’s Hospital & Baylor College of Medicine this doctor is putting your Medicaid & Medicare funding at risk. [You] better think twice & have crystal clear records," Abbott wrote.

After a Texas doctor went viral for advising patients to skip the U.S. citizenship question on intake forms, Abbott seemingly threatened to rescind state funds.
