Police say Pennsylvania Sen. John Fetterman was seen driving at a “high rate of speed” just before he rear-ended another car.

Sen. John Fetterman was “at fault” and driving “well over” the speed limit when he plowed into a 62-year-old driver in Maryland over the weekend, according to Maryland State Police.

Body camera video released Thursday by the Maryland State Police Department shows the moments after Senator John Fetterman and his wife were involved in an early morning crash in Maryland.

The driver whose vehicle was rear-ended by U.S. Sen. John Fetterman is now sharing her account of what happened.

No charges have been filed, as of yet. State Police say Fetterman was “at fault,” and witnesses say the Senator was driving “well over” the posted 70 miles per hour speed limit.
