Sean 'Diddy' Combs won't have to pay $100 million to an inmate as a judge tosses out last week's default judgment. He still faces a sex-trafficking indictment.

The civil judgment against the disgraced music mogul stems from allegations by a Michigan man of sexual assault in 1997

The complaints will start to be filed within 30 days in courts across the nation. Combs, who's already facing a dozen lawsuits over alleged sex crimes, has been denied bail for sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
