Sean 'Diddy' Combs won't have to pay $100 million to an inmate as a judge tosses out last week's default judgment. He still faces a sex-trafficking indictment.

A judge who denied Sean "Diddy" Combs bail is no longer assigned to the music mogul's federal sex trafficking case . Combs' case was reassigned on Oct. 3 to Judge Arun Subramanian, who replaces Andrew L. Carter Jr. as the judge overseeing the case, according to court records viewed by PEOPLE.

The complaints will start to be filed within 30 days in courts across the nation. Combs, who's already facing a dozen lawsuits over alleged sex crimes, has been denied bail for sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
