Russian missile and drone strikes against civilian and infrastructure targets across Ukraine killed 9 people and injured dozens, authorities said Thursday. All but one of the deaths were the result of a missile attack on the southwestern grain port of Odessa that struck a Panama-flagged civilian container ship which also injured 11 people,

Up to 400 Iran-made drones may have been destroyed in the fiery blast, while a military airbase in Southern Russia was also attacked.

Local authorities in Russia's Adygea Republic, an enclave within Krasnodar Krai, reported a drone attack "against the suburb of (the capital) of Maykop by (Ukrainian) drones."
