Ukraine says that a large Russian drone-and-missile attack has targeted the eastern city of Kharkiv, killing at least three people and injuring 21.fmi

Kharkiv’s mayor Ihor Terekhov said the attack damaged 18 apartment buildings and 13 private homes. According to him it was “the most powerful attack” on the city since the full-scale invasion in 2022.
