Deadly Russian missile strikes hit city north of Kyiv
A Russian missile attack has killed and wounded civilians in the city of Chernihiv in northern Ukraine, according to its regional leader. Vyacheslav Chaus said three missiles had struck close to the centre of the city and emergency services were at the scene. The acting mayor said at least four people had been killed in the attack.
