Rite Aid is closing another roughly 30 locations across the US in addition to the 100 the bankrupt chain announced last month as part of its restructuring efforts.

Pharmacy giant Rite Aid is set to close an additional 31 locations throughout the country to the first 100 announced in October.

Rite Aid plans to close an additional 31 stores across 12 states as part of its bankruptcy restructuring, joining the 154 already announced.

The company has said its stores will continue to fill prescriptions, and customers will still be able to visit its locations or shop online

N EW HAVEN, Conn. ( WTNH) — Rite Aid is closing more than 30 additional locations — including two in Northeast Ohio — after closing more than 150 of its stores earlier this year following its Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection filings.
