Sourcing, suspicion and speculation – terminology that has been frequently explored over the last day and a half as Prince Harry testified in a London courtroom in his lawsuit against a major British newspaper publisher over claims of historic phone hacking.

Harry’s testimony was part of the lawsuit that he and three other plaintiffs have brought against three Mirror titles. The newspaper group has denied wrongdoing.

Though Harry’s phone hacking case against the British press is bringing us back to the royal’s school days, there is plenty of reason to believe that addressing decade-old loose ends can make change today.
