MILWAUKEE - A 20-year-old was shot in Milwaukee on Sunday, Sept. 8. The Milwaukee Police Department said it happened around 5:51 p.m. near 16th and Ring. The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment of non-fatal injuries.

MILWAUKEE - One person was injured in the early morning hours of Saturday, Sept. 7 in Milwaukee. According to the Milwaukee Police Department, the shooting happened at about 2:30 a.m. at an unknown location. The 38-year-old victim arrived at a local hospital for treatment of non-fatal injuries.

Milwaukee police say the three officers injured in a shootout with a wanted man are out of the hospital Friday. Police say the man shot at officers Thursday near 91st and Appleton, and officers returned fire.

On Thursday, the Milwaukee Police Department's Special Investigations Division showed up to an apartment complex near 91st and Custer to arrest the man.

The officers were trying to arrest a 35-year-old man wanted for sexual assault, domestic violence-related false imprisonment, and felon in possession of a firearm when he opened fire on them.

MILWAUKEE - A 17-year-old was shot in Milwaukee on Wednesday, Sept. 4. Police said it happened around 5:15 p.m. near 57th and Villard. The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment of non-fatal injuries. The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation. Police continue to seek anyone involved.
