Singer and actor Justin Timberlake is expected to plead guilty to a traffic offense to end the drunk driving case against him in Sag Harbor, N.Y.

Details of the plea weren’t disclosed, but a person with knowledge of the deal said Timberlake has agreed to plead guilty Friday to a less serious offense than the original charge of driving while intoxicated.
