Fisker has issued two voluntary recalls of its Ocean SUVs in North America and Europe over software-related problems, adding to the carmaker’s mounting woes.

Fisker is issuing a voluntary recall for 8,204 vehicles in the US, 513 vehicles in Canada, and 3,806 vehicles in Europe. The company estimates that 2.5% of vehicles could have the defect.

Fisker issued a recall for some 11,000 Ocean SUVs over malfunctioning software that could cause a power loss. It's the latest issue for the EV startup's only model.
