A Houston passenger filed a lawsuit Tuesday against Delta Air Lines after its plane crashed in Toronto last month leaving him injured.

The Feb. 17 crash happened when the Delta plane carrying 80 passengers attempted to land on a snowy runway at the Toronto airport. Following its descent, the plane skidded along the runway in flames before it flipped upside down.

Tomas Salvador’s attorney said his client is being treated for several physical injuries and is undergoing occupational, speech and physical therapy.
