Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Friday that a Russian missile attack on a Kyiv apartment building the previous day killed 24 people, including what local officials said were three teenagers.

Russia said that Ukrainian drones had killed four people, including a child, in an overnight strike on the city of Ryazan.

More than 1,500 Russian drones and dozens of missiles were launched in the last two days, according to Ukrainian officials.
