Joshua Dean was a quality inspector at Spirit AeroSystems, which builds the bulk of the 737 Max for Boeing, and recently died from a fast-spreading infection.

Joshua Dean, a former Spirit AeroSystems employee, had accused the aircraft manufacturer of ignoring defects in the production of 737 MAX planes.

It is known at Spirit that if you make too much noise and cause too much trouble, you will be moved,” Joshua Dean once told the Wall Street Journal.
