U.S. Sen. John Boozman, U.S. Rep. French Hill, and former Gov. Asa Hutchinson were among those on hand, as was former Gov. Jim Guy Tucker, who lost the 1978 Democratic U.S. Senate nomination to Pryor in a runoff. Boozman described Pryor as a kind and gracious man.
