Hi there, Our flight on April 14 was cancelled due to the Middle East conflict (300 missiles...) on that date, some would call it "Force Majeure", and so we could not attend during our time slot on April 18. I immediately wrote the Westminster Abbey team and asked to use the tickets on another date but have not heard from them yet 10 days later. Is there any way we can change the time of our visit, as we could not visit on our original time slot?
